Summer is here! New season=New beginnings

Welcome to Summer!

We have waited all year for this weather and nature has surely delivered. With hot days ahead, it’s important to remember that students stay hydrated and to come prepared to class. It is highly recommended for all students to bring a water bottle and a towel to class in order to fight off the summer heat.

This summer also brings excitement to Winning Circle! We are officially making the move to 555 March Road this fall. We are anticipated to be ready to conduct classes after Labour day, Sept 2^nd, 2025. Class times will remain the same with some new programs being added to the schedule such as; Kickboxing and Boxing. As a special thank you to our Taekwondo parents, we are offering a special rate to any of our active student parents only for any of our drop-in classes. Please contact Mr. Elamam for details.

In the meantime, here are a few upcoming dates/policies that are important to keep in mind:

Samurai Shop (online store)

• Winning Circle is always striving for improvement! We are therefore excited to announce, for the first time in our history, the launch of our online store!
• Members will now be able to purchase items such as Winning circle clothing, sparring gear and uniforms directly from our website.
• Stay tuned to the store as we will be adding items periodically.

Summer Camp

• We are still looking to fill in a few weeks for our summer camp
• Registration is open for July 14^th– 18^th and Aug 11^th – 15^th
• Visit our website for registration and info.

Membership holds/cancellations

• Reminder that all memberships need a minimum of 30 days written notice to stop payments. Late notices will result in an automatic charge for your last month.
• Members who take a break or cancel are not guaranteed a spot upon return
• Members who stop for longer than 2 months will be charged the new membership rate upon return.

Long weekend and Summer Break Closures

• Winning Circle will be closed during Civic long  weekend (Sat., Aug 2^nd – Mon., Aug 4^th)

• Winning Circle will be closed for our annual summer break (Sat., Aug 16^th – Mon., Sept 1^st , 2025) – Classes resume Tue., Sept. 2^nd,2025 .

Club patches

• Club patches now available at Winning Circle! You can purchase them directly from us at a cost of $10+tax.
