Our heavy bag classes are led by experienced instructors that will test your limit!
Classes are 45mins in length and will leave you feeling exhausted and feeling great!
Clients can choose our drop-in option or opt-in for a monthly membership.

Monthly: $120+tax (Includes unlimited Boxing and Kickboxing classes)
