From the traditional Art of Kickboxing, this class combines the old with the NEW in this fun infused, heart pumping, and thrilling class. FUSION BOOTCAMP brings together the dynamic movements of plyometrics, agility ladders, fitness hoops, resistance bands along with classic Kickboxing drills such as dynamic kicks, target practice, cardio sparring and much more!
This class is open to all levels, young and old, with exercises & drills that can be done by a beginner to advanced. Each class is 45 mins in length with a build up of sweat from start to finish. The class moves to the beat of a pumping sound-mix that will make you feel like you’re not even working out! So come ready with water, a towel and a smile and start KICKING today!
Semi-Private Bootcamp Sessions
Based on a monthly term, customers can train in a group session with their own personalized fitness program. Each class is capped at a maximum of 6 people per class (min.4) and scheduled for specific times of the week.
For an additional fee each client will receive a personalized evaluation and assessment to better estimate their needs. The evaluation and assessment are not considered to be one of the classes.
